The Ranch is a unique, beautiful 900 acre property in the heart of the Sawtooth and White Cloud Mountains, with Lodge and Cabins on the National Register of Historic Places, surrounded by more wilderness than anywhere in the lower 48 States, with a guest capacity of 42-50 people. Maintenance/Ranch Hand — Seasonal: Jun 01, 2012 - Sep 15, 2012
Job Description
Working under the supervision of the ranch manager and head maintenance person, daily maintenance of guest ranch property and structures, e.g. fence repair, pasture irrigation, firewood cutting/splitting, pool cleaning, lawn care, and duties as assigned that could include minor plumbing/carpentry/electrical repair.
Job Requirements
Friendly and willing to learn new skills. Solid work ethic, good physical health, ability to work independently, knowledge of safe operation of power tools and equipment. Previous maintenance, ranch or construction experience a plus, but not necessary.
Compensation
Room and board, starting salary $975, higher depending on experience, completion/performance bonus, gratis recreational activities.

Job Requirements
The ability to supervise and manage a team of 3 to 4 housekeepers while paying close attention to overall responsibilities and room details. A solid work ethic, capacity to work as a leader and team member and an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
