Job Description
Ones with experience are highly preferred for both the server and housekeeping positions. Mostly, one will be a cross between the two positions, however, each person will be assessed for the skills & desired job and may be deemed for only one or the other. In Housekeeping we have 17 cabins & 5 Motel rooms. Housekeepers will be responsible to clean, maintain & refresh all of the cabins Very Well and as needed. They will maintain a clean & neat lodge, restaurant & lounge at all times and work together as a team. Duties include washing & folding linens & towels, helping w/ the ordering of supplies & keeping the supplies VERY neatly stocked, inventoried and well taken care of at all times. Servers will be responsible for setting up the buffet area & all general serving & bussing duties. Stocking & refilling condiments, helping the kitchen staff to prepare for meals & clean up after them (washing dishes, wiping off tables & counters, putting food away etc) Maintaining a very clean restaurant on a regular basis is also an important ongoing duty. This position includes taking payment, running the register, taking guest charges and the use of a credit card machine. Both the housekeepers and waitresses typically work together as a team and communicating is very important. All team members will be expected to be a team-player, be friendly to all guests and co-workers and pay consistent attention to detail in their department as well as help and support the success of other departments.

Job Requirements
Being skilled and experienced in serving in a restaurant and in housekeeping is valued highly when considering the candidates for these positions. A detail oriented, polite, reliable and flexible individual with a good attitude & personality is critical. Experience is highly preferred yet, for the right talent we may be willing to train if convinced of their ability to learn and progress successfully. All team members will be expected to be a team-player, be friendly to all guests and co-workers and pay consistent attention to detail in their department as well as help and support the success of the other departments.
