Job Description
An individual with experience working in a high-volume kitchen and cooks especially well is a must. Ordering within a budget, cooking on the evening &/or breakfast shift, keep general organization of the kitchen, create specials, maintain a clean area & function within health-code regulations. The kitchen/restaurant is a very important part of the resort so an especially good lead person is what I'm looking for. All team members will be expected to be a team-player, be friendly to all guests and co-workers and pay consistent attention to detail in their department as well as help and support the success of the other departments. We want a staff that is happy, skilled and enthusiastic about doing their jobs well and is willing to work together to collectively provide an exceptionally clean and pleasant place to work and visit for all that come here.

Job Requirements
This person must be able to lift and shelve storage items (up to 55lbs) without problem, successfully work split shifts (breakfast and dinner) 6 days a week and have a genuinely upbeat attitude. This candidate needs to get along well with others, be respectful and willing to train others if needed. Skills & knowledge in ordering wisely, strategically and cost effectively is important. Those w/ a great attitude, experience, the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and are clean, friendly, honesty and patient will be considered. Being reliable and flexible in general are also key characteristics.
