Job Description
The bartender will begin their shift at 2pm & work until closing. Regular bartending duties include: serving the guests promptly & politely, washing glasses, keeping the cooler stocked at all times, keeping condiments fresh and the area sanitary from floor to ceiling; taking out the trash & cleaning/maintaining an attractive bar area. Tills need be near perfect everyday as well as inventory accounted for and possessing integrity, experience, good judgment and work ethic is a must. All team members will be expected to be a team-player, be friendly to all guests and co-workers and pay consistent attention to detail in their department as well as help and support the success of other departments. Occasionally you may be asked to help in the dining room as a server &/or the kitchen if needed.

Job Requirements
This position will be filled by one who takes initiative and consistently serves the customer while considering it a pleasure to visit with various kinds of customers. This person needs to have the skills and characteristics of a good bartender and needs to truly enjoy being behind the bar & serving the guests. Being honest & reliable is critical; being pleasant to be around with a good attitude & personality is a must. Wisdom around alcohol and the consumption of it is a significant plus; having patience in general and multi-tasking skills even better. All team members will be expected to be a team-player, be friendly to all guests and co-workers and pay consistent attention to detail in their department as well as help and support the success of other departments. The Experienced candidate is highly preferred for this position. We want a staff that is happy, skilled and enthusiastic about doing their jobs well and is willing to work together to collectively provide an exceptionally clean and pleasant place to work and visit for all that come here.
